An evening swim

Tree meets sunlight

“The best camera is the one you carry with you.” This sunlit autumn tree was captured with my old iPhone 4 a few years ago. I kinda like the contrast between the orange leaves and the blue sky.

A Gothenburg Walk

After a long day in the car, I find it nice to take a walk to stretch my legs and clear my head. This time the walk took me to a height, where I could enjoy the setting sun.

Snack Time

This colorful little bird was our house guest a few years ago. We had a family of bluetits living in the floor of our balcony and this one flew back and forth with food for the nestlings.

Lighthouse in the morning light

I was on my way back from a morning walk to the dunes. With the morning sun in my back I needed to turn around to fully enjoy the sunrise. Here is a photo of the lighthouse I passed.

Evening Commute

When I’m away on a business trip, I try to find the time to go out for a photo walk in the evening. I like taking photos of the evening city life or, like in this photo, make some light trails. This is one is of a tram passing by.

Back to the Ocean

Almost every day I walked along this beach in the morning light waiting for the rest of the world to wake up. I often stopped and enjoyed these patterns in the sand. In their simplicity, they are very complicated and beautiful.

Yellow lights in the blue evening

It was quite a chilly evening in September. I was on a business trip and it had been a long day. As I often do when I visit another town, I brought my camera out for a photo walk. On my way home I came upon this view, with the yellow street lights and the blue sky.
