Sunset in the sea
Golden Towers
Celebrating the Christmas holiday in Kuala Lumpur was an illuminating experience. Literally speaking. Sure, there were the usual Christmas lights of course. And the golden towers (perhaps not so usual). But they also made the water glow in beautiful colors. That was cool!

When life was good
Sunrise behind the mountains
Sneaking out from the hotel room with my camera seems to be a recurring event for me. This morning was not an exception. A quick shot of the morning sky when the sun was beginning its rise behind the mountains.

Backlit Towers
This is the view from our hotel in Ao Nang. The sun had just started to give the clouds a rather nice tint when I stepped out on the balcony. I believe the building in the center is Masjid Aonang Al-Munuawarah.

Late Night Swim
When in Kuala Lumpur, it is hard to miss the KLCC Park. The area behind the twin Petronas Towers. We spent quite a lot of time in the park; during both day and late evening. One evening I captured these fellows during their late night swim.

Urban forest
This is what we first saw when we entered Gardens by the Bay in Singapore. On the left you see two pretty big greenhouses: Flower Dome and Cloud Forest and on the right is the Supertree Grove. If you ever visit Singapore, be sure to pay a visit to Gardens by the Bay.

The hills of Cameron Highlands
During our short visit to Cameron Highlands, Malaysia, we visited this place two times. I really like the rolling green hills in this tea plantation and I could probably spend hours walking around here taking photos and enjoying the landscape.
